Vaccination Enquiry Service in Surrey Heartlands
Please note the following:
- The Vaccination Enquiry Service is not able to answer any clinical questions. Patients with clinical queries relating to the vaccines are advised to contact their own GP or specialist.
- You will not be able to book your vaccination on this number and we are unable to advise you of the likely date of your vaccination.
- The NHS will contact you as soon as an appointment is available for you.
If you are aged under 40yrs you will be offered either Pfizer or Moderna as an alternative to the AstraZeneca vaccine unless there is a strong clinical indication otherwise. This is based on guidance issued by the Joint Committee on Vaccinations and Immunisations (JCVI) on 7 May 2021.
Please note: Appointments for a second dose of a Covid-19 vaccine will be brought forward from 12 to 8-9 weeks for all remaining people aged 18+ who have yet to receive their second dose in line with government guidance.
This is to ensure people across the UK have the strongest possible protection from the virus at an earlier opportunity.
Please wait - you will be contacted by the NHS or your local GP-led vaccination site. You do not need to contact the NHS.
